MIC light should be lit at all times so as to be heard over the speaker phones. (acts as a mute button)

To set a call forward, DND (do not disturb), and station speed dial number use the softkey PROG (program) and follow the prompts.

Adjust the ringer volume

Press SPEAKER, type 729 then use the volume arrows on the lower right side of the phone to adjust up or down.

Call Forwarding

Press "Prog" softkey, select Cfwd, then select the correct forwarding option (explained below), hit set, and type the extension that you wish calls to go to, then press SPEAKER. To cancel do the same steps but hit "cancel" instead of "set".

Call forward options:

All-forward all all calls

Busy-if the line is in use forward the calls

Both-this includes all and busy calls

N/A-forward the calls that are not answered

Bn/a-forward if there is no answer and if the line is busy

Dialing an internal extension

Lift the handset or press SPEAKER key and dial extension or one touch key.

Dialing outside callers

Lift handset press 9 or press a line key to select an outside line and dial telephone number.

Dialing a system speed dial number

Press SPEAKER or lift handset dial #2 then the speed dial number. For example, if you want to call speed dial number 02 then lift the handset, press #, press 2, dial 02 and the number will be dialed. When saving the speed dial number begin with a "9" as the first digit, then the number.

Dialing a station speed dial number

Press SPEAKER or lift the handset dial #7 then the speed dial number. See above for example.

Page

Lift handset press PAGE button and make the necessary announcement and then disconnect by lowering the handset or pressing SPEAKER again.

Park call

With the call on the line dial #6 and select orbit number 01-64 and hang up.

Pick up parked call

Pick up handset or press SPEAKER and dial *6, then the orbit number the call is on hold.

Example: Jane calls in for Mark. Receptionist answers the phone and Mark is not at his desk. With Jane on the line the receptionist presses #6 and then 01. (01 is the orbit location the call is holding on). The receptionist then pages Mark and tells him Jane is holding on orbit 01. Marks picks up a handset at any phone, dials #601 and will be connected to Jane.

Pick up a call ringing at another extension press ** and the extension number where the call is ringing.

Conference Call

Have one party on the line, press CONF (this puts party on hold). Get the second party on the line, press CONF twice to join all three (1st, 2nd party, and yourself) together. (Repeat steps to bring another party into the call if needed).

Setting speed dial numbers

Press "Prog" softkey, select "Sta." softkey, type number 0-9 to assign the speed dial number to the telephone number, then type the telephone number. Start each telephone number with a 9 in order to select an outside line when using the speed dial numbers. Press HOLD, enter name/label, press hold again when finished. Pressing exit will clear the number completely, CONF deletes one letter at a time, and to type consecutive letters on the same number press # key.

Transferring a call

Caller is on the line, press TRANSFER key, dial extension or one touch key, announce the call and hang up.

To answer a call holding on a line pick up handset or press SPEAKER dial 672 and the line number 001 for line one, 011 for line eleven, etc.
