KES Copier Fix

1 Check to see if your copier has already been fixed

2 Start => Control Panel => Printer

3 Right-click the KES Copier icon and select Properties

4 Go to the Advanced Tab and see if the Driver displays Ricoh Aficio 1035 PCL. If not proceed with steps 5 through 15.

5 Exit the KES Copier Properties window by clicking Cancel

6 Delete the KES Copier

7 Add a printer

8 Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer

9 The printer that I want isn't listed

10 Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname, click Next

11 In Hostname or IP address: 10.3.160.83, click Next

12 If the next window request Additional Port Information, click Next

13 In the Install printer drive section select Ricoh on the left side of the window and Aficio 1035 PCL on the right side of the window and click Next

14 Label the printer as KES Copier, if you want to default your laptop to print to the copier, select Set as the default printer, click Next

15 Click Finish
