Create PRS Roster

• Download the appropriate roster file below and save in your \PRS\Roster folder

• You can find your PRS folder by clicking Start => Documents => PRS

(A) Clickers Roster File - KES

(B) Clickers Roster File - KHS

(C) Clickers Roster File - Norwich

(ABC) Clickers Roster File

• Rename the roster file to reflect the name of the class you are working with (ex. Algebra, 2nd Hr)

• Open the roster file in Excel.

• In column C & D (Last Name & First Name), enter your student's names

• Open PRS
• Create a new class by clicking the Create Class button

• Type in the Course or Instructor name (ex. Algebra 1, Smith, or Algebra 1/Smith)
• Type the Section (ex. Period 2, Period2/HS)
• Select the appropriate Clicker Type checkbox
• Select Closed
• Click Set Class ID and type 1234 and click OK
• Click OK

• Select the class you just created on left side of the screen and click Import Roster

• This will open to the \PRS\Roster folder
• Select the file you downloaded, renamed, and added students to and Open it
